PRIVACY NOTICE
How we use your information.
This notice explains what personal information Morrow Mason collects, why we use it and the choices available to you.
Who we are
Morrow Mason is a UK-based, unincorporated business providing Microsoft 365 systems for law firms. Morrow Mason is the controller of the personal information described in this notice.
You can contact us at chukwma@morowmason.com.
Information we collect
We may collect:
- your name, email address, firm name and professional contact details;
- information you submit when booking a conversation through Calendly;
- meeting details and correspondence you exchange with us;
- information you provide while discussing a potential or current engagement; and
- limited technical information produced when you visit the website, such as request and security logs held by our hosting provider.
Please do not send confidential client or matter information through our booking form.
Why we use it
We use personal information to arrange and conduct meetings, respond to enquiries, understand whether our services may be suitable, provide requested services, maintain business records and protect the security of our website and systems.
Our lawful bases are usually taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations and our legitimate interests in operating and improving Morrow Mason. Where consent is required, we will ask for it separately.
Who receives it
We use trusted suppliers where necessary to operate our business, including:
- Calendly for scheduling;
- Microsoft for email, calendars, meetings and business systems; and
- Vercel for website hosting.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers or public authorities where reasonably necessary or legally required. We do not sell personal information.
International transfers
Some suppliers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we rely on recognised transfer mechanisms or contractual safeguards provided by those suppliers.
How long we keep it
We normally retain enquiry and booking information for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact. If you become a client, we may retain relevant business records for longer where needed to provide services, meet legal or accounting duties, or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We securely delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.
Cookies and links
This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Essential hosting technologies and security logs may be used to deliver and protect the site.
Calendly and LinkedIn are separate websites. When you follow those links, their own privacy and cookie notices apply.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your information; restrict or object to its use; receive a portable copy; and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
To exercise a right, email chukwma@morowmason.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Complaints
Please contact us first if you have a concern. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
Changes
We may update this notice when our services or use of personal information changes. The latest version will always appear on this page.
This notice covers the website, initial enquiries and Calendly bookings. If a separate engagement begins, additional contractual or service-specific privacy information may also apply.
